What is Ohio Workman’s Comp?
If you are injured at work, your employer is required by law to pay for Ohio Workman’s comp benefits. What should I do if I get hurt at work?
Report the accident to your employer by telling your supervisor immediately. If your injury developed over time, report it as soon as you thin it was caused by your job. Go to the emergency department and tell them that your injury happened at work. In some cases, Your employer may tell you where to go for treatment.
